Terms & Conditions Additional amounts you may be required to pay - EuroMotorcars Body Shop does not adjust it's labor and or material rates to that of the Insurance Companies. If the Insurance Company rates are less than our posted rates, you will be responsible to pay all differences. If you have a question on the labor rates that are being paid by the Insurance Company, please ask a Body Shop representative.
EuroMotorcars Body Shop is not responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in cars, in cases of fire, theft or any other reason beyond our control.
EuroMotorcars Body Shop WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTAL CAR EXPENSES FOR ANY REASON. Also, it is your responsibility to obtain rental car extensions for the length of time your car is in for repairs.
Due to the complex nature of the collision repair process, and our goal of quality oriented service and customer satisfaction, we are unable to guarantee a completion date. Please keep in mind that if we give you a completion date to start, that it is only an "approximate" completion date.
