Enterprise Rental Cars – Making a Change for the Better

In February 2008, EuroMotorcars partnered wtih Enterprise Rental Cars in order to increase the level of customer satisfaction in regards to our loaner car policy. We listened to our customers and responded by making a change for the better.

Enterprise took over rental vehicle operations in Bethesda in February and late April in Germantown. And things have been sailing smoothly ever since. Our lines for rental vehicles are smaller, there is a wide variety of loaner vehicles available, and customers are receiving their loaner cars much faster than before. We are satisfied that our customers are receiving a much higher level of customer satisfaction and that, in the end, is all that matters to us.
