Smart Service
Our smart Service center is managed by Marc Chapman. Joseph Holiday is our Service specialist and Drew Hoffmaster manages smart parts. To reach the staff and make service appointments, please call 301-601-5560. Appointments for smart may not be made online at this time.
The goal of our Service Department is to provide you with an ownership experience that’s second to none. Our dedicated staff will make your service appointment as convenient as possible and ensure a speedy check-in as well as pick-up.
The smart team is excited to take care of your brand-new fortwo. They are looking forward to joining you in this new adventure called “smart” by helping you to keep your new automobile running for a long time.
If you want to be sure that there are no stones on the road into the future of your smart, you should ask about our extended service plan which offers extra protection (after the factory warranty has expired).
