I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience
with you and commend your staff in the service department.
First, I had taken advantage of the Complimentary Service
Clinic offered in May, which I highly encourage and recommend
the clinic to all MB owners. The clinic not only allowed
me to understand the technology and complexity of my
car, but also go behind the scene of the technicians
work area to see the technology and tools available for
technicians in servicing vehicle.
Jim Guthrie, who I was along side during the inspection
of my vehicle was knowledgeable, patience, and answered
all my questions. Jim, thanks for sharing your knowledge
with in understanding my car. Second, Charles Estelle has
been my service representative for about a year and half.
His professionalism, knowledge, and attentive to my concerns
has been the utmost of any service representative I have
dealt with in the past. Charles present an excellent first
line impression of Euromotors. Charles, thanks for your
assistant once again! Lastly, Nico Gomez who greets you
with a greeting and a big smile. His upbeat personality,
friendliness, and enthusiasm can not be match by any other
dealerships porter. Nico does an outstanding job providing
the last impression to Euromotors customers. Way to go,
Nico!
