A Message from Our President

Eight years ago, Mercedes-Benz established the “Best of the Best” ranking system for their dealers.  Customer satisfaction, financial stability, facility conditions, educational level of employees and sales effectiveness are the main areas of focus in this ranking.  EuroMotorcars Bethesda and EuroMotorcars Germantown are 2 of only 7 Mercedes-Benz dealers who have been declared “Best of the Best” every year the award has existed.  And for Germantown, it has been awarded this prestige every year it has been in operation.

For 2007, Mercedes-Benz upped the competition by making dealers compete against like-sized competitors.  For both EuroMotorcars stores, we compete in the category “1,000 new units for year and over”.  Most of the Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Washington Area are in that size category.

And once again, both of our dealerships attained “Best of the Best”.  In fact, they are the only facilities on the Beltway to do so.  But there is more.  Of all the dealers in our size category who attained “Best of the Best”, Germantown ranked #1 and Bethesda #2, winning a new status, “Best of the Best of the Best”.

So when you come in to test drive the new C-Class, or the hot new SL, you are not only in the only local dealerships that offer everything Mercedes-Benz offers in the US, from smart to Maybach, but you are doing business with the firm that Mercedes-Benz says will offer you the experience you deserve.
